On Thursday, October 12, everyone can go on an excursion to the Bumatika Eco-Technopark (https://bumatika.ru/). The ecopark is located near the Krasnokamsk MSW landfill; it is a unique site where a full waste processing cycle is implemented, from sorting to the production of commercial products: ecowool from waste paper, PET granules and polymer sand products from plastic waste, heating oil from old tires. During the excursion, a waste sorting line and the production of polymer sand tiles will be demonstrated.

To attend the excursion, you must write a letter to waste.pstu@gmail.com indicating the participant’s full name, organization and phone number. Please indicate in the subject line: “Excursion to Bumatika”

Participants of the excursion must gather at 14:20 at the entrance to the main building of PNRPU (Komsomolsky Prospekt, 29), departure at 14:30. The excursion time, including travel, will be about three hours.
